Being involved in your child's school gives you a way to help shape the education they receive.
The ESJS PAC is a group of concerned, supportive and dedicated parents who believe in the vital role that parents play in the education of their children. We are guided by the Home-Parish-School triangle in raising and educating our children. Together we assist ESJS with achieving success.
We are a community of parents, fostering lifelong growth for each individual in a nurturing, inclusive, Catholic environment. We believe in truth, open-communication and the Catholic values outlined in the École St. Joseph School Mission Statement (acceptance, integrity, respect, individuality, responsibility, integrity, wellness and faith).
We meet and collaborate with the teachers and administrators of ESJS. We strive to be a voice for the hundreds of parents at ESJS; to ensure that our concerns and needs as parents are identified and addressed in our mutual efforts to make the best opportunities happen for our children.
It is important for the ESJS PAC to have a class representative for each classroom.
The class representative has two main responsibilities:
◊ to act as the liaison between the classroom teacher and the parents/guardians of that class
◊ to support the teacher as a representative on the PAC and to relay PAC information to the parents/guardians
Class representatives are invited to bring parental feedback to PAC.
PAC is actively looking for class representatives.
